The DreamSpark program isn’t just for technology students; any college students around the world will be able to download copies of Visual Studio, XNA Game Studio 2.0, the Expression design tools, SQL Server and Windows Server. Cost & Eligibility
Software provided through DreamSpark is available at no cost to students. However, downloading software from the DreamSpark site requires a UT EID and a Microsoft Live ID. If you do not have a Live ID, you can sign up for one on the Windows Live ID site.
System Requirements
The system requirements for DreamSpark include a computer with a Windows operating system, a Web browser, and a high-speed Internet connection. Each software package available through DreamSpark has its own set of additional system requirements.
